TOLLESHUNT KNIGHTS VILLAGE FETE - 1.30PM - SUNDAY 16 JULY 2006
This year's fete may still be a few weeks away but the organising has started. As in past fetes we require donations for the following stalls:
| General Tombola | Anything in a tin or packet from baked beans to caviar |
| Crockery Smashing | Any old crockery you want to dispose of |
| Bottle Tombola | Anything in a bottle from tomato ketchup to single Malt whisky |
| Book Stall | Any books in good condition, especially children's books |
| White Elephant | Any bric a brac but no clothes or electrical goods |
| Children's White Elephant | Any children's toys games etc. |
As well as the usual stalls such as white elephant, tom bolas, books etc. We are having an Aston Martin display and in the rings we will have a fancy dress competition, majorettes, karate and dog displays.
Fancy Dress Competition: - Please get your children dressed up for a fancy dress competition. Any theme. There will be two categories ~ 0 to 5 years and 6 to 8 years. There will be prizes for the winners of each category.
All funds raised at the fete go to improving the village hall. Help is needed on the day and anyone who wishes to volunteer or come up with fresh ideas for stalls or events please contact Drew Stewart
